Donald Grote Obituary
Donald was born in Bowling Green to the late Alphonse and Marie (Baumgartner) Grote. He retired from Sears as a service technician and had proudly served with the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Westfield American Legion Post No. 124, located in Westfield, Mass.
He is survived by a daughter, Susan (Buddy) Lapointe, of Easthampton; sisters, Bernadette Curry, Kathy Hoover, Mary Jones and Clara Lybarger; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; and sisters, Edna Kerns and Helen Jennings.
In lieu of flower donations may be made to Homeward Vets, P. O. Box 400, Southampton, MA 01073.
