Rhea Peterson Obituary
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana. Mr. William Robert Martin will officiate. Burial will be at the Riverview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born on October 31, 1925 in Louisiana, Mo. to Clifford Martin and Bessie Ahern Martin. She was married to Charles Peterson and he preceded her in death on May 25, 1997.
She is survived by a son Chuck Peterson (Betsy) of Opelika, Ala., a daughter Charlotte Mantle (Larry) of Wentzville, Mo., her grandchildren Kelly Petty (Cathy) of Forrestal, Mo., and Kevin Mantle (Donna) of Wentzville, Mo., great grandchildren Zach Petty, Jacob Petty, Katie Petty, and Ryan Mantle, sisters Dorothy White, and Clarita McGreevy both of Louisiana, Mo. and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Bliss Martin, and Robert "Buddy" Martin, and three sisters Myrna Patricia Martin, Louise Calloway, and June Betts.
Hollie was a graduate of Louisiana High School with the Class of 1943. She was very devoted to her family and will be greatly missed.
Memorial donations may be made to Pike County Home care and Hospice or Donor's choice.
