It's been many years since I played in the streets with the Tillman kids. Some of you may be too young to remember me but I remember every one of you and think of you often. Your mother was like a second mother to me so I have a lot of wonderful memories of her. I slept over a lot in the summer and I have no idea how she got all of us into one bathtub at the same time. Except you Darryl. I think you might have been too young. I haven't been home much in the past 40 years to get to know all of you. But I am sure that with all the grand, great-grand and great-great-grand children, you all have made her very happy. You are a very close family and your Mother knows she was very much loved. If my memories of your Mother have been strong over 55 years, I'm sure yours will outweigh mine many times over and these memories, along with hope, strength and family will get you through these difficult times. May God bless each one of you. My love to you all, Sherry (Boyer) Slavetskas
