Anna was born in Reading, PA, and was the daughter of the late Charles Lysakowski and the late Helen (Balthaser) Lysakowski.
She was married to the late Edward J. Shustack, who died June 29, 2004.
Anna was a waitress at the former Fegley's Restaurant.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception BVM Roman Catholic Church, Douglassville, PA.
Surviving Anna are four sons: Robert J. Shustack, husband of Aileen, of Marysville, OH; Thomas E. Shustack, husband of Michele, of Birdsboro, PA; Michael C. Shustack, Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA; Timothy J. Shustack, husband of Stephanie, of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA; one daughter, Catherine Marie, wife of Arthur Howard, of Hesperus, CO; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her late parents and husband, Anna is predeceased by one brother, Edward Lysakowski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Immaculate Conception BVM Roman Catholic Church, 905 Chestnut St., Douglassville 19518 (Union Twp.), PA on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The viewing will be from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
Interment will be held in Immaculate Conception RCC Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address or the charity of your choice.
Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., Birdsboro, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
