Evon,Brian,Aimee,Jessica and Family members. We are so deeply sorry for your loss. Our memories go back as neighbors in Schnecksville. As 2 young mothers, we had some wonderful conversations. She had an amazing inner strength, driving to school in Philly, expecting, giving one on one to Brian & Aimee, & then studying. She said something like where I leave off, Evon takes over. One day her nanny was very sick, & could I help. I still have & treasure the picture of my 2 (Lance&Heather), Brian,Aimee, baby Jessica & Little Jeffrey (our neighbor) all together on a big blanket in our family room. All being close in age, it was a fun play day, & I got to hold Jessica. Mickey's trust meant alot. Always putting the needs of others before herself. Always a gentle calm demeanor. Our last meeting was a visit in your then new home. She was so happy & proud that you both could do this for your children. We then moved away. Healing is ongoing and takes time. I am thankful for this guest book for she has touched so many lives. May your personal beliefs & faith carry you through this difficult time.

To the Midei Family,
I had the privilege of being one of Mickey's students at St.Luke's Hospital School of Nursing from 1990-1992. She was a caring, compassionate, patient, funny, talented woman. Heaven has truly gained another angel, and the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas have gained some awesome Nurses because of her.

My Thoughts and prayers are with the family. She was an exceptional woman who has helped me so much when I had heart failure - every visit she always had time for me and always gave me the blunt truth and truly cared about my health. If it was not for her, I would not have coped with my condition as well. You are indeed an angel. You will be missed! God bless

Dear family of our dear Mickey,
We are so sorry for your loss. My husband was a patient at Mickey's heart clinic in Ephrata. We adored her and already miss her terribly. At our last visit, she told us that while she was "not a very religious person", that she did know that it was God who helped her at especially difficult times in her life.
We pray that God is comforting you now.

Forever in my heart. What a celebratory life you have had-a marvelous journey. From the day we met in 1980 at Penn to our cozy chat 10 days ago in front of a roaring fire when you taught me how to TEVO. We just laughed and laughed. How you loved to teach...How you loved your family, friends and patients. You touched so many and will forever be a part of our lives. What a legacy you leave behind. I love you Mick. I will continue to talk to you everyday listening for your wisdom and one day will dance with you in heaven. Jannie

Dear Evon, Brian, Aimee, and Jessica
Words can't express the sorrow I feel for you as you struggle with the loss of Mickey, your wife and mother. She was an extraordinarily compassionate soul, always kind, positive, and giving. As a nurse, excellence is the word, as a teacher and colleague. I've know Mickey for thirty plus years, likewise Evon. Evon, I'm anxious to talk to you Though I've moved, tel #, my email is the same. Until then my God stay close to you all, and keep the joyous memories of Mickey close to your heart. She was a unique and wonderful person and much more. Janet Kreller
