I came to know Carol while taking weekday walks through Laurel Commons on my lunch break. I admired her gardens and we frequently had enjoyable talks about this or that. She was very nice and outgoing and I will miss seeing her very much.

The world is a little less bright since Carol passed ...we met several years ago when my husband, John's, Aunt Anna Wask became ill ... she and her sister, Christine were at Aunt Anna's bedside and we became 'Fast Friends' After Aunt Anna passed we decided to keep up our friendship and along with my sister-in-law, Diane Yadush, we have met twice a year at Bert's Restaurant in Palmerton to 'catch up' ..this past October was our last lunch together ..'who knew' ...we talked about how happy she was that her sister, Christine was moving back to PA ...I will never eat another 'Loaded Baked Potato OR Grilled Cheese with tomato sandwich' again WITHOUT thinking of her and all the laughs we shared .. they are treasured memories now...God Bless You Carol .. we love and miss you!
