Daniel Newcomer Obituary

Daniel G. Newcomer Daniel G. Newcomer age 79, of Pennside passed away on May 20, 2021 at his residence. He was the husband of the late Nancy R. (Wentzel) Newcomer who passed on September 20, 1999. Daniel was the son of the late Lionel E. Newcomer and Olive A. Gail. He was a 1959 graduate of Carson Long Military Academy, New Bloomfield, PA Dan was a U S Army veteran who served from 1959 to 1961. Prior to his retirement he had worked for Met Ed at the former Titus Electric Station. Surviving is his son Jeffery A. Newcomer husband of Brenda (Swangren) Newcomer. Grandchildren Jessica (Newcomer) Richardson and Cortney (Newcomer) Zavala. Also a sister Margaret L. Newcomer He was predeceased by his son Steven D. Newcomer who passed on November 30, 1987. Services will be private with burial in Fleetwood Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.MaeStumpFuneralHome.com

What a kind and funny man! I spent hours with Dan engaged in lots of conversations. I was an employee at his dental office. He always made my job fun while he was there. When I think of him, it brings a smile to my face. My condolences to his loved ones.
