He was predeceased by his wife, Mary E. (Yeager) Wy-att, who died March 16, 2009.
Born in Waynesville, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Fred and Clara (Wyatt) Greene.
He worked for various foundries in the area and last worked for Conestoga Foundry, West Hamburg. Danny was a member of Lenhartsville Fish and Game Association. He enjoyed fishing, cookouts, watching his grandchildren play and going to casinos.
Danny is survived by a son, Sgt. 1st Class Danny R. Jr., husband of Chrys'tale Wyatt, Pottstown; one daughter, Crystal K. Wyatt-Saylor, wife of Joseph J. Saylor, Richmond Twp.; two grandchildren, Savannah Wyatt-Saylor and Dominic Saylor; two stepgrand-children, Meiziaha Taylor and Montre Hawkins; one brother, Fred Greene Jr., Reading; and one sister, Sherry (Greene) Carver, Pacolet, South Carolina.
He was predeceased by a sister, Deborah K. Wyatt.
Services will be on Saturday at 11 a.m. from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will be in Frieden's Cemetery, Lenhartsville. I consider myself very fortunate to have had the greatest relationship with my dad. He was so kind and caring, always doing for others, and with a smile on his face. He brought joy and happiness into everyone's life. I am so happy for all the great memories me and my family shared with him. You will be missed dearly DAD!
