I am Linda Lovelaces niece Cindy Pietrani! I lived with Delores and her daughter Stephanie in 1974 ! Would like to be in touch with Stephanie! She would have only been 10 years old then but I do have a picture of her and always wondered where she is and how she is doing!

I wanted her to marry my dad...she was an amazing Mom....she raised an amazing daughter who I consider my sister, even though our parents went their separate ways. I remember sheet forts with the dining room table, beach days, swimming just us girls, Delores and Linda...weekends in Vegas, with, hanging on the roof of Hollywood Apt.....omgoodness. Lollipop just popped into my head...and We all loved that puppy. I feel they are happy to be together again.
Steph, plez email me....please???? Or FB me suzi fowler McGinnis....

I only met Delores Wells once in my life, under most bizarre circumstances. I thought now would be a good time to share this story with anyone who might have known her.
I relocated to Phoenix, AZ from the Reading, PA area 35 years ago. My brother was visiting in March 2011, almost exactly 5 years ago today. We were at a gas station when a woman walked over from the nearby bus stop and asked if we could give her a ride home. Apparently, she had been waiting for over an hour and her bus hadn't arrived. In the short ride to her apartment she asked where we were from and that's when the utter irony of this chance encounter hit us.
She insisted that we take a few dollars for gas money which we reluctantly accepted with the promise that we'd play the lottery and share the winnings with her. That ticket..... well, let's just say our ship didn't come in that night.
As I drove past her place on numerous occasions in subsequent years I often wondered how she was doing. I will now be haunted by the fact that I never followed up and checked on her well being. I also regret that I will never have the chance to hear her extraordinary life story told firsthand.
Nonetheless, my brother and I will always count among our most memorable experiences, the day we met Miss June 1960.
