Dear Sandi-Denny and I just wanted you to know how much Denny's and your friendship has meant to both of us. Dennis was a great inspiration to my Denny both in his work ethics and in the courageous way he battled against his illnesses. You can't imagine the impact Dennis had on my Denny and I know Denny will never forget him.
We had some great times both in Reading and here in Michigan with our "lunches" whenever you would be here for a visit and we are both so very happy that we got to see you this spring.
We both wish we could be there to help comfort you but since we can't be, please know that you're in our thoughts and prayers. And let's please keep our Michigan lunches so we can still keep in touch with you.
Much love and if you ever need anything or just want to talk, don't hesitate to give us a call.
All our love,
Ernie Perry

Dennis was a great inspiration to us "young ones" at Dana. He had so much knowledge and humor to share. I know how much his son and family thought of him. Dennis fought one heck of a fight, now may you rest in peace. My condolences and prayers to the family.
