George Reinert

George L. Reinert, 79, husband of Sandra L. (Adam) Reinert, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at his home in Hereford. Born in Pottstown, he was the son of the late George and Edith (Bechtel) Reinert. George loved canning foods and butchering in his spare time. He also enjoyed riding and working with his tractor and hunting. He was an avid fan of local dirt track racing. Surviving along with his wife Sandra of 25 years, are his children Beth Schwenk, wife of Dana, Terry Reinert, husband of Sue, and Tara Mohr, wife of Kerry; sister Martina Witmen; six grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 12:00 Noon at Catagnus Funeral Home (1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525) with Pastor Gil Vining officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills cemetery in Reading. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 10:00AM-12:00PM at the funeral home.
