I've had many social security hearings before Judge Yatron over the years and he was a very fair and pleasant judge. He will be sorely missed!!

We were sorry to hear of George's sudden passing. He was a straight shooter and strived for the most fair and appropriate outcome in his dealings as the DA. My mother was fortunate enough to work under his guidance, and had fond memories of her tenure with him. George would back her up, even in the most unusual circumstances! When an attorney or judge would call to review a situation, George would say " Well that's Paula! "
Good memories!

I am so very sorry for your loss. I will miss participating in hearings in Allentown that he is presiding over. He was a very nice man to attorneys and claimants.

My deepest condolences to the Yatron family. Judge Yatron was the judge at my SSD hearing in Allentown a few years ago. He showed me kindness and compassion. He put me at ease. I never forgot him.

To the Yatron family,
We were deeply saddened to learn of George's passing. He was always such a kind, caring, gentle giant. As a member of the RHS Class of 1969, he is fondly remembered by many classmates. May your memories offer you comfort at this difficult time.
Please accept our sincerest condolences,
Linda and Mike Shunk

Dear Shirl and family. I'm so terribly sorry to hear of the passing of George. Your family is not only well known for it's legacy, but for it's kindness. My mother had Millie as a teacher at NW Junior High. She always talked about her with high regard. I remember you volunteering for Governor Mifflin over the years. Always a lovely person. May you hold on to the precious memories to help you through this difficult time. I pray for your peace and comfort. ~ Andrea "Andy" Schauer-Gries

Dear Mrs. Yatron and Family,
I am an attorney who has appeared before Judge Yatron hundreds of times over the last 25 plus years. I was very much saddened to hear of George's sudden passing. Your husband (and father) was a good and decent man; he tried to do right by people. I always enjoyed seeing him and chatting whenever we would be together in Reading, often about one another's families.
He will be missed.
Please do accept my sincere condolences on your loss.
Respectfully,
Jeffrey S. Lichtman, Esquire

Prayers to the Yatron family. The nicest people you could ever know. Our family was fortunate to know Gus, Stratton & Molly, and Katherine. My sister was friends with Theana and George in school growing up here in Reading. Very proud to say I knew this wonderful family. Peace be with all of you at this difficult time.

It is with great sorrow that I learn of George's passing. I worked with him as an Administrative Law judge in ELkins Park. As the chief judge in the office I admired his exceptional qualities as a judge. and compassion as a human being. He set a standard for all of us. I like to think of him as a friend. Goodby George.

I knew George well enough to say hello and carry on some chit-chat. However. I remember George and I were trying out for a baseball team, when a bully told George to sit down George told him if you stand up I'll knock you down. Wow did the dust fly that day. I'm sorry to read about his passing.
