Heather Rotkiske Obituary
Heather M. Rotkiske, 32, Reading, PA, passed away suddenly on April 16, 2013.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her two children, Charity M. Oswalt and Isabelle Cruz Navado; her mother and stepfather, Pamela (Graul) and Russell P. Oswalt Sr.; her father and stepmother, Mark T. Rotkiske and Dianne Rotkiske.
Also surviving are her brothers, Mark T. Rotkiske Jr., husband of Amanda; Technical Sergeant Russell P. Oswalt Jr., husband of Shenna; Shaun Dietrich, husband of Shannon; her sisters Sarah M. Gerlach; Kristina M. Frazier, wife of Matt; and Tricia Kerchner, wife of Brian. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Also, her paternal grandmother, Mildred Rotkiske, and her stepgrandfathers, William H. Oswalt Jr., husband of Norma, and Glenn C. Bailey.
A memorial service is planned for April 26, 2013, at 10 a.m. in Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, 220 Main Street, Blandon, PA 19510. Route 73 East in Blandon PA.
Henninger Funeral Home Inc., Reading, is in charge of arrangements.

I have been dealing with the thought that I will never see your beautiful smile again... its been a couple years and when my sister, LaRay called with the news i was heartbroken. It has been since middle school that I spoke to her, but she was one of my closest friends growing up. I still remember jamming out to 80's Hair Bands in her room and running around the neighborhood like there was no tomorrow. When someone comes into your life that leaves an impact, you always wish the best for them and wonder how they are doing once you both choose a different path in life and follow your dreams. Despite the years between us, I always wondered how you were. This is such a tragedy that you were taken from this lifetime at such a young age, but heaven just gained one more beautiful and blessed angel to watch down on everyone's lives you touched with your free spirit and kind soul. You and your family will be in my prayers.

To the family of Heather, I haven't seen or spoken to her probably since 8th or 9th grade. Our friendship dissolved over un thought out childhood decisions and poor choices and since then there was never a year that could pass that I at least one time didn't think of her and wonder how she and the rest of the family were doing. Heather was like a sister to me growing up and I always had hopes that I would run into her somewhere or find her on a social link and reconnect. I can't imagine the pain that your family is going through. I hope that knowing she is at peace will help you get through this tragic time. I am so sad to hear this regardless of how much time has passed. I will keep Heather and your family in my prayers. Rest in Peace Heather.
