My husband and I were lucky to move in next door to Jim about 3 years ago - he was a great neighbor and will be missed. We are so, so sorry to hear of his passing and send our condolences to his family.

Jim was a great neighbor . His sudden passing is hard to believe. He was always there to lend a hand. He will be dearly missed, not only by me, but the entire neighborhood. May God rest his soul.
