Born in Reading on July 31, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. and Radell (Clouser) Wert. She was the beloved wife of the late Karl B. Vogel.
She is survived by her daughter, Beth A. McKinney, wife of Christopher, of Blandon; son, Matthew S. Vogel,
husband of Steven Badgerow, of Florida; granddaughter, Ashley J. Alle, wife of Derek; and grandson, Ian C.
McKinney.
Janet was well known for her love of gardening, painting and sewing. In addition to maintaining longtime
established friendships, her heart always had room for new friends.
Janet was beautiful and kind-hearted down to her core, with a smile that could bring light into any moment.
Funeral service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608 on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
