My deepest sympathy to the family. Jake was never the perfect person but he was real. He gave love to those that deserved it and even those that didn't. No matter what directions our lives took us, we never lost touch. We always made time to catch up, talk about our ups and downs, our weekends skating all day and night, and cried together as well. I'm going to miss our chats. I'm left now with tears and special thoughts as many are. You may no longer be on this earth but you will never leave my heart. A very special condolences to his children, his grandson, and mother. May God find a way to guide you all through this very difficult time. R.I.P. Jakie Poo... see you on the other side
