Jeremy Hix Obituary
Jeremy P. Hix, 44, of Shoemakersville, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the husband of Kathy A. (Faust) Hix. Born in West Reading, he was the son of Glenn D. and Kathy E. (Dubble) Hix, Leesport.
Jeremy was a 1990 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.
He worked as a machine operator for Cambridge-Lee
Industries, Ontelaunee Twp.
Jeremy enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents is one daughter, Samantha J. Hix, fiancee of Justin Kern, Shillington; a step-son, Shawn R. Faust, Shoemakersville; two brothers, Matthew D. Hix, Myerstown, and Eric J. Hix, husband of Tara A. (Gerhart) Hix, Shoemakersville; one niece, Cheyanne L. Hix; and one nephew, Gabriel G. Hix.
Services will be held on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street, Leesport, 19533. A viewing will be held in the funeral home
Tuesday 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Pediatric Cancer Foundation of Lehigh Valley, 25 W. 3rd Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015 or Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., at the above address, to assist the family with final expenses.
