Dr. Cannon lent me a pen my freshman year of college, told me to keep it until I graduated.
To this very day I still have that pen as a remembrance of Dr. Cannon.

Dr. Cannon was one of my most favorite Professors of all times! I cannot believe that He is no more... Life is so short and 'the end' is certain for all of us. It is all about what we make of this life's journey... His life's journey will remain a inspiration to all of us... He has inspired and touched lives of many students! Anyone who has worked with him will undoubtedly agree with me, that His smile was so radiantly positive and uplifting.. His happy-ever smiling attitude towards life was definitely contagious..It is a big loss indeed....My thoughts and prayers are with the family through these difficult times.. You will forever be in my heart, Dr. Cannon! RIP.

Joe gave his time to coach and volunteer at LaSalle CYO events when he didn't have to. He stepped up to coach the baseball team when no one else would. Great guy who will be missed by everyone who knew him. Our prayers are with the whole family.
