Born March 31, 1953, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of Ormond Lyle Eastman, Brooklyn, N.Y., and the late Viola (Johnson) Eastman.
She worked in data entry for Verizon, New York City, for 27 years, retiring Sept. 6, 2006.
She was an active member of the Greater Shiloh Church, Easton.
She loved to travel, eat and go shopping.
In addition to her father, she is survived by five children: Monae Eastman-Pitts, wife of Keith Pitts, West Reading; James E. Eastman, Smyrna, Ga.; and Olivia C. Eastman, Michael O. Eastman and Cameron K. Eastman, all of West Reading.
Also surviving are a brother, Richard Eastman, Brooklyn, N.Y., and three grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, in Greater Shiloh Church, 201 Reynolds St., Easton, PA 18042, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Jeffrey Allen will officiate. Burial will be in South Easton Cemetery. Viewing will be Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church.
 The family is being served by Klee Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Shillington.
