He started his career at Bachman Pretzels. He spent most of his professional career in auto sales including owning his own dealership.
He was passionate about his kids and grandkids. He was always known for going the extra mile for his family. He loved to fish, golf and watch baseball, surpassed only by his love for his family. He never said no to a cup of coffee.
Kenneth is survived by his children: K. Mark Schofer and wife, Jenna, of Vancouver, Wash.; Steve P. Schofer and wife, Lynn, of Seaford, Del.; Robert M. Schofer and wife, Maria, of Atlanta, Ga., Jennifer L. Schofer and fiancee, Nicholas Sheats, of Las Vegas, Nev.; Maren S. Mann and husband, Philipp, of Seattle, Wash.; ex-wives including Teresa A. Barron and the late Gail Fletcher; and 7.5 grandchildren: Zachary, Christy, Marina, Nicholas, Max, Riley and Katie Beth, and baby girl, Mann; and cousin, Cynthia Purvins and partner, Roxanne Patterson.
A service will be held on December 9, 2017, at Laureldale Cemetery starting at 11:00 a.m. with a celebration of life to follow at a local restaurant.

To the Schofer Family,
Ken was someone whom I could talk to about anything; he was one of my best friends and we shared many dinners and trips together. Many great stories he shared with me of his life and family.
My love for him extends to his entire family for his absence in body. However, he will remain in our hearts.

I only knew of this man by his son, Rob (Commuter-Dude) Schofer. Kenneth made a legacy of love for his kids/ grand kids, and you can't ask for anything more. My heart aches for Rob as I know the amount of love he had for his dad. All I can say is the memories you both had will keep him alive in your heart. Virtual hug to you Rob!
