Linda Dalton Obituary

Linda A. (Wummer) Dalton, age 70, of West Palm Beach, FL and formerly of Shillington, PA, passed away on June 23, 2022 after a long, courageous battle with lung cancer. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Jane (Hohl) Wummer, of Reading, PA and the late Carl Wummer. Linda is survived by her husband of 27 years, Stephen Dalton. Linda grew up in Shillington, PA and graduated from Holy Name High School, class of 1968. Linda was a kind-hearted, amazing woman who was devoted to her family. She had a passion for her faith in Jesus, loving and helping others, and the TV show Schitt’s Creek. Linda was kind, welcoming, and giving to everyone she met. Her friends and family adored her gentle, generous spirit and her way of keeping it real, not sugar coating anything. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, especially her family. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, Linda is survived by her mother, Jane Wummer, and by her husband Stephen of 27 years, her daughter and best friend Sarah Warren and husband Micah of West Palm Beach, FL, sons Christopher Mullen and wife Jessica of Boston, MA, Stephen Mullen of Nashville, TN. Grandchildren Jack and Lucy. Mother Jane Wummer. Brothers, Michael Wummer and wife Kathy of Fleetwood, PA, Greg and Mary Jo of Denver, PA and Larry of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pets Sadie.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society 3893 Adler Place, Suite 170 Bethlehem, PA 18017 or Trustbridge Hospice Center 5300 East Ave West Palm Beach, FL 33407, in her memory.
