Mark Goldberg

Mark H. Goldberg, 77, of Spring Township, passed September 24th in Tower Health, Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Carol A. (Koller) Goldberg. Born in Reading, PA he was the son of Emanuel and Gertrude (Jacobson) Goldberg. He was a graduate of Mr. Penn High School and graduate of Robert Morris College, Pittsburgh, PA. He went on to serve with the United States Marine Corp. reserves. Mark was employed by Reading Hospital as a computer operator and later was a bus driver for Eshelman Transportation Inc. for the Schuylkill Valley School District. Mark was a member of Kesher Zion Synagogue, Wyomissing where he had served as an usher for many years. He also served as a supervisor for the Bern Township and was a member of Greenfields Fire Company. In addition to his spouse, he is survived by two daughters, Victoria Goldberg, Boston and Tricia Goldberg, Wyomissing. There are also several nieces and nephews. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kesher Zion Synagogue, 555 Warwick Drive, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
