She was born in Scranton, a daughter of the late James F. and Jeanne (Reap) Holland.
Dr. Holland was a member of St. Mary's RCC Kutztown, and was a Professor in the Library Science Department at Kutztown University until retiring.
She received her undergraduate degree from William & Mary College, Williamsburg, Va., and her Masters and
Doctorate degrees from East Texas University, Commerce, Texas.
She is survived by a sister, Barbara J. Holland, Virginia Beach, Va.; brothers, Michael C. Holland, Indian Trail, N.C., James P. and wife, Rosalie, Robbinsville, N.J.; special friends, Ben and Mary Weisman; and her beloved dog, Snow Ball.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated May 20th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's RCC, 14833 Kutztown Rd., Kutztown, Pa. with the Rev. Monsignor Walter T. Scheaffer, Celebrant.
