Michael Taras Obituary

Michael P. Taras, 53, died peacefully in his Robeson Township home during the early morning hours of July 10, 2008.

Michael was the husband of Rodella (Cline) Taras.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Helen (Taras) Katarzynski, Reading.

He was employed in property management by Brandywine Realty Trust Co., last working March 12.

He was a Vietnam-era Navy veteran.

He is also survived by a sister, Diane, wife of Jesus Centeno Jr., Reading.

Relatives and friends are invited to participate in the celebration of Divine Liturgy Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 630 Laurel St., Reading, PA 19602. Burial will follow in Nativity Church Cemetery, Cumru Township.

Kopicki-Bradley Funeral Home Inc., Reading, is in charge of arrangements. There will be no services there.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested contributions be made in memory of Michael to Asera Care Hospice, 10 Zion's Church Road, Shoemakersville, PA 19555.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
