He was the widower of Jane R. (Reichart) Quinter, who passed away only 20 days before him, with whom he celebrated 62 years of marriage, and they are now together again.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Nathan A. and Estella (Yoder) Quinter.
He was a member of Schwarzwald Lutheran Church.
Nate was a supervisor for the installation crew for Firestone for 23 years. He also was employed by Bechtel Corp for 11 years, as well as a coordinator for the Shaklee Corporation for many years.
Nate is survived by one son, Rory R. Quinter, husband of Deborah Williamson, of Sinking Spring; and one daughter, Nadine M., wife of Buzz Freese, of
Exeter Township; six grandchildren, five great-grand-children and one sister, Gloria Faust of Wernersville. He was predeceased by a brother, Eugene Quinter.
Services from the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. 2100 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn on Tuesday, May 21st, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
