Randall Lee Christman

Randall Lee Christman, 71 of Laureldale, passed away July 11, 2023 in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Kathy G. (Sobresky) Christman and they were married for 43 years. Born January 22, 1952 in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Walter and Joan (Lerch) Christman. He was a lifetime member of Central Beneficial, where he served as an officer in various positions , lastly being a trustee. He was also a lifetime member of Northeast Rod and Gun Club "The Dips". Randall was employed by Brenntag as a truck dispatcher. He also worked for Penske and Eltra. At a very young age he worked for the Reading Times and the Reading Eagle, delivering both copies everyday. He enjoyed music from the 60's and knew the artists and songs, especially the one hit wonders. He knew his sports and was an avid Phillies, Eagles and 76ers fan. Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughter: Kelly Christman of Wyomissing and a grandson: Charles Leroy Binder also of Wyomissing. He was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Hoffman. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
