Dear Sue and Family,
I will always remember Rick as a kind-hearted man, whom opened his heart and home to everyone. A man who enjoyed life and treasured his children, family and friends. He is safe with the Lord, I believe that much. I pray that God grants peace and strength upon you.

Mike Hoch and the entire Hoch family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your brother and son. I remember Rick from our school days, he was a character, he could always make me laugh! And always very kind. The pain here on earth that we feel when we lose a loved one is beyond words and never leaves us.. but over time, what enters is the peace in knowing our journey does not end here, in faith, we have the assurance and peace of eternal life and being reunited with our loved ones. May God's loving arms be wrapped around you in your time of sorrow.. God Bless you all,
Michele Cheri (DuGuay)

Uncle Rick, I don't know completely how to say good bye to you. I have so many fun memories of you... You were a blast to be around and always there for everyone. I'll always remember our phone calls, and our holidays will NEVER be the same. All I can hope is that you are in no pain, at peace with all of our loved ones, and HAPPY. I know I'll see you again. Until then, I love you.

To the Hock family,
So sorry to hear of Rick's passing. We will always remember him as a soccer coach and for the kind words he passed on to our family about Harley. Death is not extinguishing the light; it is putting out the lamp because the dawn has come.

Rick,
You were loved and will be missed by many. We had great times growing up with our huge, crazy family. I' m so glad we were able to have the reunion at your and Sue' s place a few years ago. We had a lot of laughs and a few tears reminiscing about our youth. God bless and keep you in his arms. Watch over Sue, the kids and your extended family. Give Nana,Poppy and Lizzie hugs and kisses from us. Love you forever. Barb and Gary.
