To the family of Mr. Evans (more importantly Coach Evans),

Coach Evans taught me a lot in the classroom and in the throwing circles of Wyo in the mid 90s. I still remember his advice, "Track is your key to higher academic success." He was a great man and a great mentor to many young men and women.

I´m so glad he joined my family for my graduation from the Naval Academy in 2000. Coach Evans was extremely influential to me at such a young age.

I´m sorry for your family´s loss and I apologize for not being able to attend the celebration of his life. I´m so glad I picked up that random 610 phone call last year to hear his voice, catch up on our lives and talk about our families. He was so proud of his girls (even though you just took his license!) and his grandchildren.

Thank you Coach!

Rest In Peace.

Cindy and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. May you find peace and comfort.
I had the pleasure of knowing and caring for Roger when I was working at The Heritage. He was such a kind soul and alway had a story to tell. He will surely be missed.
