Sandra Richards

Sandra A. (Monroe) Richards, 78, of Reading, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, in Complete Care At Berkshire. She was the wife of the late Terry Richards. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Monroe and Frances (Majka) Monroe. Sandra was a member of the graduating class from Exeter High School in 1962 and was a member of Schwarzwald U.C.C. Sandra worked for R.M. Palmer for 36 years Sandra is survived by one son, Michael M. Richards of Mt. Penn and one sister Catharine, wife of Franklin Resh, of Exeter Township. Sandra was predeceased by her sister Joanna Reifinger, along with her brothers Robert Jr. and James Monroe. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Schwarzwald U.C.C., 75 Church Lane Reading, PA 19606.
