She was a wonderful wife and mother, and will be missed by her family.
She was the widow of Kenneth R. Lascomb, who died in 2006.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William Schaeffer and Teresa (Kline) Schaeffer.
Surviving are three nephews: Guy Sychterz, husband of Penny; Jeff Sychterz, husband of Linda; and Terry Schaeffer.
She was predeceased by two daughters, Sharon L., and Beverly Ann Lascomb; a brother, William Schaeffer; and a sister, Thelma Sychterz.

Services will be Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, with a viewing at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
