She was born on January 20, 1936, to the late Amos and Maryann Snyder Moore.
Shirley was a 1955 graduate of Wernersville High School and an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Robesonia. She was the former Berks County jump roping champion and her family loving called her "Little Miss Everything."
Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Mervin Ronald Ressler; the loving and devoted mother of Sue Lengel and her husband, Peter, of Robesonia, Pa., and Lori "Pep"
Lessig, of Wernersville, Pa.; proud grandmother of Amanda Kepley and her husband, Ryan, Clint Lessig and Trent Lessig; great-grandmother of Benson; sister of the late Robert Moore, Wilbur Moore, Warren Moore, William Moore, Earl Moore, Paul Moore, Betty Swope, Maryann Hyland and Dolores Smith; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you to Barbara, Donna, Uncle Donnie and the Schermick Family for always being there.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 9th, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 108
Robeson St., Robesonia, PA 19551, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bill Weiser officiating.
Interment will immediately follow at Pleasant View
Cemetery, Sinking Spring.
The family would like to thank the nurses and aides at Country Meadows Nursing Home, who took such great care of Shirley.
