He was born in Maizeville, Schuylkill County, a son of the late Joseph and Julia (Charney) Dudash.
Stephen was a graduate of Gilberton High School. He was a member of St. John the Baptist UGCC in Maizeville.
He worked for 20 years at Lucent Technology as a supervisor, retiring in 2000. He was also a member of the Army National Guard.
In addition to his wife, Stephen is survived by his sister, Martha Kubeyka, N.J.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home Inc., 40 S. 4th St., Hamburg, PA. A visitation with the family will be held Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow the memorial service in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Frackville. The graveside service will take place at approximately 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
