"Billy" was an amazing person. He was compassionate, kind, positive, friendly, giving, witty, and obviously loved by all. I have very fond memories of him; one of my best, is how he helped me have strength and confidence in our early childhood. He was truly "one in a million" and touched so many lives. My heartfelt sympathy to his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Lisa & John - I was shocked when I heard of Bill's passing. I would see him from time to time in the breakroom and he would always stop and speak with me...ah the memories of the time we spent at GENCO..of course I would always ask him about you and Rebecca. Keeping you and the rest of the family in my thoughts and prayers.
