Deb, saddened doesn't even begin to tell you how I felt when I heard about Bill. I am so sorry for your loss. Bill was a ball of energy and never without a smile. My heart and prayers are with you and your family.

I can not believe my riding buddy is gone. I will miss him dearly, always a great friend and neighbor for many years. God bless the Shartle family.

"Billy" was an amazing person. He was compassionate, kind, positive, friendly, giving, witty, and obviously loved by all. I have very fond memories of him; one of my best, is how he helped me have strength and confidence in our early childhood. He was truly "one in a million" and touched so many lives. My heartfelt sympathy to his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Billy and I grew up hanging out all most all the time. Bill was a great friend I am sorry I missed him when he was down here in Florida. R.I.P. my brother and my prayers go out to his family. I will miss you bill.

Bill was a wonderful and caring person! We had great times in school and I know he touched many people with his fun and laughter. May the strength of god help your family as they lift you up to heavens gate, god bless until we meet again!
