Burton Harlan Obituary
He proudly served in the US Army from 1953-1955. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, passions he shared with his wife, Peggy, for 48 years until her death. He leaves behind his family: daughter, Randy Mann of Santa Rosa; sons, Rodney Duncan of Kelseyville, Burt Harlan of Orange County, Roger Duncan of Santa Rosa and Mike Harlan of Durango, CO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Family services will be held in May and he will be laid to rest at the Kelseyville Cemetery. Family requests any donations be made to Hospice Services of Lake County or the Lakeport Senior Center.

Times pass and things change. As we lose family members our event focuses head in different directions, but the memories are what last forever more. I send my sincere sympathy in learning of Burt's passing.

Burt and his late wife Peggy were clients of my salon. I always enjoyed listening to Burt when he came in to get his hair cut. He always had a smile on his face and loved to flirt with the ladies. RIP Burt...

I was deeply touched by Burt Harlan as he shared his story about his wife, Peggy, in her last days. We met at the Lakeport Senior Center and he was warm, sentimental, respectful and oh so handsome! We only met a few times during the lunch hours and each time he would break into a smile!
My deep sympathies to family and friends, who I know will miss him greatly.
