Elisabeth Talley Obituary

Elisabeth Talley (nee Kipper) 83, died of natural causes in the home of her daughter Annette on Sept. 16, 2009. Elisabeth, a resident of Clearlake, CA, had been visiting New Mexico since April. Elisabeth was born on August 23, 1926 in Lodz, Poland. She and her family fled to Germany during the Russian Army occupation of Poland. As a young woman in Germany she met and married US Army Sergeant Allen Talley in 1946. She immigrated and became a US citizen.
She had four daughters; Lonalie Elisabeth, Luci Arleen, Judith Anne, and Annette Marie. She is survived by daughters Luci Arleen Padden and Annette Talley-Bailey, grandchildren Reece Dull, Danielle Marquez, Captain Anthony Marquez US Army, Amber Williams, Cristy Schaad, Devon Talley-Bailey, Dylan Talley-Bailey, and Sidhleyn Talley-Bailey. She was proud to know the family line continued in the great grandchildren; Melvin, Trevon, William, George, Lauren, Jeremiah, Ryan, Nickashia, Deja, Daniel, Xavier, and Sydney.
She will be laid to rest Oct. 2, 2009 in Lower Lake, CA. Flowers may be sent to Jones and Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel in Lower Lake, Calif., 95422.
