Kenneth McMenomy Obituary

Kenneth McMenomy
August 6, 1957- April 12, 2022

Kenneth McMenomy passed away at his home in Nice, CA, on April 12th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, William Harold McMenomy, Sr, mother, Diane Mary McMenomy (Locaria), and brother, William Harold McMenomy, Jr. Ken is survived by his brother, Michael McMenomy, his
sister, Regina McMenomy, his son, Steven Mario McMenomy, and his nieces and nephew.
The youngest son of William and Diane, Ken was born in South San Francisco and lived in the Bay Area until he moved to Lake County in 1998. A skilled tradesman, Ken worked in carpet and floor installation like his dad and his brother for many years.
Ken's greatest passion was for fast moving vehicles. He shared this love with his friends, often taking them for tours of the most exotic backroads in both the Bay Area and Lake County. He especially adored riding his dirt bike on Hogback Ridge.
Ken was the person who would show up and help you out, no matter what the circumstances. A loyal and fiercely protective friend, brother, and uncle, he will be missed.
A memorial service will be held for Ken on Thursday, May 12th at noon at the Odd Fellow Hall in Upper Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ken's name to the American Lung Association.

I am still in shock. I love you Ken, my voice of reason. I couldn't have asked for a better friend. I miss your laugh, and you snarky quips. Your probably had no idea how many lives that you impacted while you were here. You were definitely one that broke the mold, and if you didn't you'd probably try to race it lol.
Your memory will forever remain as one of the best men I know and a beautiful friend, and forever my voice of reason.
