Thomas Alan Rembert Thomas Rembert, age 44, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2018, at Baylor, Scott & White Hospital, Temple, Texas. He was born on October 7, 1974, to Francis Alan Rembert and Eleanor "Kitty" Drennan, in Walnut Creek, California. He grew up in Fairfield, California, where he loved and played Little League Baseball and graduated from Armijo High School. Tom loved to hunt and fish and go on what he called his Deer Run. He worked in the grocery industry, which included the last nine years at Oliver's Market, Santa Rosa and Windsor, California. Thomas was truly loved by his family, friends and co-workers and if you had the pleasure of having him in your life you had a true kind loving friend forever. He is survived by his parents, his stepmom, Debra and stepfather, Curtis; five brothers, Philip, Kevin, Michael, Curtis and Mathew; sisters in law, Molly and Lindsay; three nieces, Maggie, Lily and Delicia; nephew, Matty Boy, and many additional family members and friends. Tom was very dear to our hearts and will be truly missed by all. R.I.P T.A. Until we meet again. We love you. There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at 12 noon at The Elks Lodge, 3775 Lakeshore Drive, Lakeport, CA.
