Adam C. Mosher

1957 - 2022

Adam C. Mosher, 65, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2022, at MidState Medical Center. Born in Athens, GA, on May 21, 1957, he was the son of the late C. Eugene and Mary Louise (Snow) Mosher. A lifelong resident of Meriden, Adam graduated from Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA) with a Bachelor's degree in political science. He worked for The W. A. Kelsey Company and later the Tuttle Golf Collection with his brother Ben where he served as Vice President.

His devotion to Meriden extended to his involvement with the Rotary Club (of Meriden) where he served in various capacities including as President. He had an encyclopedic knowledge and love of Meriden. Following his retirement Adam was a devotee of Violi's Restaurant at Hunter's Golf Course where he was noted for his humility and kindness to the wonderful staff and patrons. It became his home away from home.

He is survived by his brother, Benjamin Mosher and sister-in-law Cathryn Gunther, (Harleysville, PA) and their children, Graham, Isabel and Alistair Mosher as well as cousins from Meriden, Alabama, Wyoming and California.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden, CT 06450.
