Ann Schroeder Obituary
Ann Christine (Nordstrom) Schroeder of Farmington, Connecticut, widow of Robert "Bob" Schroeder, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, just one week before her 94th birthday.
Born on November 11, 1931, in Meriden, CT, Ann was the daughter of the late Sarah Louise and Gustave Nordstrom. She graduated from Meriden High School in 1950 and from the Meriden-Wallingford Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 as a Registered Nurse. She devoted over 30 years to caring for mothers and babies as an Obstetrical Nurse at Meriden-Wallingford Hospital
Friends and family may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 111 Main St., Rt. 4, Unionville, on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 10:00 – 11:30am followed by services in the funeral home at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 1121 14th St NW, Suite 150, Washington, DC 20005, or online at www.phassociation.org .
