I met Barbara two years ago when I brought my dad to the nursing home. In those two years I got to know her so well. She was an amazing person with such wit and spunk! I truly feel blessed to have known her and to call her my friend. I would bring my dad into her room to let him listen but she and I would talk for hours. She taught me many lessons, but most of all I believe she taught me that you must enjoy your life in every moment and every season and although she couldn't do all the things she used to do she had such an amazing positive attitude. She loved her family very much and was so proud of them. My son even attends the same college that she and her husband went to in NJ and I brought her back a shirt from there. Although I'm sad she's gone I'm so happy she went peacefully and is now with her husband. God bless you Barbara, I will miss you very much.

Jack, Nancy, Susan and families, we are so sorry for the passing of your Mother. She was such a delightful lady. We enjoyed visiting her and all her gnomes! We looked forward each year to receiving her Christmas card and it was fun "talking" with her on Facebook.
She accomplished much in her long well-lived life. We are sad that we will no longer see or hear from Aunt Barbara. We know she is in heaven with all her loved ones that have gone before her. We feel confident that she will be very busy up there!
May God's grace give you peace and comfort.
Love,
Dan&Patty

I'll always remember Barb's cute laugh and bubbling over humorous personality. Her,Jack and Don B. were the life of the party always admirably happy and care-free, which kept their summer visits, with the kids, to Herkimer, the farm and Cedar Lake a special event that will always be some of my most fondest childhood memories!!
