At this time of great sorrow may you find comfort in Psalms 34:18 that can remind you that God is "near to those broken at heart".

I am sending my love and my prayers to you Joel, Abbi, and Marc and deep prayers
in my heart for Bea. Your mother had a lasting influence on me - to this day -
and I thought of her so many times over
the years, especially her love for Judaism and her passion for Israel. I had
such respect for Bea's intellect and her
leadership. I remember how thrilled she was about the Women's League for Israel
directorship and how she met that challenge with intensity and confidence.
I especially remember Bea's warmth and when she smiled - oh those eyes! - so
beautiful...
I hope each of you and your families
are thriving.
Shalom, Always,
Shary Stevens Portsmouth,New Hampshire

My deepest sympathy to Joel, Abbi, Mark and your family members on this loss of a wonderful woman. She and Mitch were valued friends of my family, sharing times together at each others home, as well as socializing at Concord Country Club. Your parents were both remarkable, caring individuals whom I shall remember always with great fondness.
