Charles Hughes Obituary

WINDSOR - Charles (Chuck) Hughes, Jr., 37, husband of Terri Zinck Hughes, died on Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, unexpectedly at home.

Born in Hartford on Sept. 11, 1971, he was the son of the late Charles V. Hughes, Sr. and the late Patricia Pascoe. He graduated from Windsor High School, and was an avid fan of NASCAR and the St. Louis Rams.

Besides his wife Terri, he is survived by his aunt, Cathy Gish and uncle, Mike, of Manchester; several cousins; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Richard and Jeanette Zinck, of Meriden.

The funeral will take place on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden. Burial will be in St. Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. www.jferryfh.com.
