Eric Nordmann Obituary
Mr. Nordmann was born in Cologne, Germany, on April 9, 1904, and was the widower of Herta Slowig Nordmann. He retired as plant manager from the Nestle-LeMur Co. of New York City after nearly 35 years of employment.
He is survived by his son, Gunther and his wife, Lillian of N. Branford; and his grandchildren, Gunther Nordmann Jr. and his wife, Debbie of New Haven, Richard Nordmann and his wife, Susan of Killingworth and Dorothy Piazza of Clinton; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by his adoring niece, Maria Nordmann currently residing in Europe; and by his devoted longtime companion and caregiver, Lieselotte Gebauer of Hawthorne, N.Y.
Mr. Nordmann was a remarkable man and his memory will remain alive in the hearts and minds of those who knew him and loved him.
Entombment is in Ferncliff Mausoleum in Hartsdale, N.Y. Inquiries may be addressed to the Hawthorne Funeral Home, Hawthorne, N.Y. There will be no services.
