Dear Joanne,
I am incredibly sorry for your loss. Ome Jan was a profoundly kind and loveable man. He will be missed, but hopefully, there is a solace to be found in the thought that he is finally at peace.
The people we love most are never truly gone. They will always be there in our hearts.

Joanne, I was very sorry to hear of Jan's passing. I met him when I attended the respiratory therapist program at Yale New Haven Hospital and was pleased when he asked me to be his best man at your wedding. Please accept my condolences. Charlie Fezzie

John,I will miss your warm smile. You had it even when you were struggling with your health-or your team!.Never got to see you too much in recent years and now I will regret that.We shared some good times and frustrating times during our period of collaboration in the Shoreline League board, but it was always good to share a beer in the peace and quiet afterwards.
They never came any better than you.
Your mate Vic.
