Julia Pimentel Obituary

WALLINGFORD - Julia Pinto Pimentel, 82, formerly of Silk Street, Wallingford, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010, at Wadsworth Glen in Middletown. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Pimentel.

She was born in Waterbury, Feb. 10, 1928, a daughter of the late Albino P. and Olivia Nunes Azevedo, and was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church.

She is survived by her son, Antonio Pimentel, Jr., of Middletown; her daughter, Isabel Gawley, of Portugal; her four grandchildren; her two sisters; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Diana C. Pimentel; and her son-in-law, James Gawley

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial, Friday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m., directly at Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 N. Colony St., Wallingford. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford. www.wallingfordfh.com
