Marsha Jeanne Sparrow Yother, 78, of North Haven, passed away at home on Friday, June 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of James Yother, Sr., with whom she shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Meriden on May 5, 1947, Marsha was the daughter of the late Fred and Hilda Mannion Sparrow. She was raised in Meriden and graduated from O.H. Platt High School in 1966. Over the years, Marsha worked as a dedicated bookkeeper for several companies, including K-Air, R.J. Patton, and Fire Safe Systems, retiring from the latter in 2010. Marsha had a deep love for the beach and cherished family trips to Cape Cod and North Carolina. Her greatest joy in life was her family-her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she loved unconditionally. She was known for her kind heart, unwavering devotion, and the warmth she brought to everyone who knew her. In addition to her husband, Marsha is survived by her children, Traci (Michael) Dinice and James Yother, Jr.; her grandchildren, Gavin and Austin Dinice; and her beloved twin great-granddaughters, Everly and Emmarie Dinice. She is also survived by her brother, Phillip Sparrow. Marsha was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Debbie Sparrow. Marsha's gentle spirit, boundless love, and enduring kindness will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
