Martha Adorno Obituary
Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on Dec. 22, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Luciano Cotto and Juanita Vazquez, and had lived in Meriden for the past 24 years.
She is survived by her partner, Manuel Candelaria of Meriden; two daughters, Evette Nava of Meriden and Maribel Melendez of Meriden; one son, Jose Ernesto Adorno of Meriden; seven grandchildren, Evan, Erica, Emily, Elian, Isai, Jonathan and Priscilla; one sister, Iris Neris of Rockaway, N.Y.; and several nieces and cousins.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a funeral service to be held on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main St., Meriden, with the Rev. Josue Estrada of the Christian Pentacostal Church officiating. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside services will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery. www.jferryfh.com
