Sally was one of the first people I met when I began my nursing career. She was always helpful, kind, and funny. Sally was a wonderful nurse, person and a special lady, a great mom and grandma.

She will always have a special place in my heart for the care she gave to our mom while she was in the hospital. She stayed nights so I could spend the days with her. Even after a few mishaps with the water pitcher and my mom's bed linens, she said between the two of us, we made a good nurse! High praise coming from her. Rest in peace. You will not be forgotten.

She empowered so many young people by the generosity of her time; she gave with equal generosity to marginalized kids to improve their futures. Her legacy is immeasurable, and so will be her memory.
