Sophie Banack Obituary
Sophie Banack, 92, departed this life on June 27, 2024. She was the wife of the late David Banack.
Sophie was born in Norwich, CT on October 16, 1931, to the late Michael and Blanche (Knapp) Warzecha. She was a lifelong member of Polish National Alliance Lodge 513.
Sophie is survived by her devoted children Maureen Banack and Luke Banack as well as her brothers William and Joseph and many nieces, nephews, and their families. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sisters Julia and Lottie and her brothers John, Leon, Matthew, and Stephen.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Sophie's final arrangements are in the care of The B.C. Bailey Funeral Home of Wallingford. To leave a message of remembrance, please visit www.BileyCares.com.
